This form collects your contact info, pet details, vaccine records, and service preferences.
📅 Step 2: Book Your Appointment
Once you've submitted your New Client Form — including your contact details, pet information with up-to-date vaccines — you're ready to schedule your service!
Choose from dog walks, drop-in visits, baths, or yard clean-up. Simply select the service, date, and time that works best for you.
💌 Step 3: Watch for Your Confirmation Email
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:
All your service details
A direct link to the required service-specific intake form
💳 Step 4: Pay Your Invoice:
You’ll receive an invoice by email after booking.
📌 Payment is due before the first day of service to secure your appointment.
Invoices include a secure link for easy online payment.
